Music of the Week - Alfred Hui 許廷鏗

There are only two things that Ivan and I have in common: interest in good food and good music. This is how I discovered Alfred Hui and have been playing his CD non-stop ever since.

A contestant in the first season of 超級巨聲 in Hong Kong (another music competition show), although he never won, this CD will prove to you otherwise. I've never watched the show, never heard of this guy and yet I like his songs entire CD. He also does a cover of 小豬's 愛不單行 in Cantonese, not bad.

I guess it's back to cantopop.

For some reason, I hear a bit of 蕭敬騰 Jam Hsiao in him at certain times. Anyone?
